Privacy notice

What we store

When you apply, we store your name, email address, country, the Telegram or WhatsApp handle you give us (if any), your planned starting capital range, your preferred partner broker, whether you already have an account there, and your note. To limit abuse we also store a one-way, salted hash of your internet address. We never store the address itself.

Why

We use these details only to review your application and to reply to you. We do not sell them and do not use them for advertising.

Who can see them

Only the SnipeClub administrators who review applications.

How long we keep them

As long as needed to review your application and, if you become a member, to run your membership.

Deletion

You can ask us to delete your application at any time by writing to the email address we reply to you from. We delete it and confirm by email.
